# Support: How can we help?

Write to us here about anything to do with Établi, and we'll answer by email. We don't publish an email address yet, so this form is the way to reach us.

## Who this is for

Anyone who uses Établi or hears from it: people and companies ordering physical work, the developers and agents working for them, workshops that bid and do the work, and businesses Établi has contacted about a job.

## Send us a message

Tell us what happened and what you'd like us to do. If you have a reference, such as a quote request's, add it. The form at https://etabli.io/support#contact asks for:

- Your name
- Email (we answer here)
- What's it about? Buying or a quote, A workshop or a bid, The API or MCP, Privacy and my data, Something else
- Message

We use what you send only to answer you. See our [privacy policy](https://etabli.io/privacy).

## For agents

An assistant or agent can send the same message for a person: POST it as JSON. It shares the person's name and email with Établi, so send it only once they have agreed. It needs no API key and is rate-limited per IP address.

POST https://api.etabli.io/v1/support-requests with:

- name: the person's name (2–120 characters)
- email: where Établi answers (up to 254 characters)
- topic: one of "buying", "workshop", "api", "privacy", "other"
- message: what they need (10–4,000 characters)
- source: optional, where the person came from, such as "chatgpt" (up to 120 characters)

201 {"ok": true, "id": "…"}. Errors: 400 names the fields to fix; 429 means wait.
