Five steps
How ordering works on Établi
1. Describe it
Say what you need in a sentence or two: the item, how many, where your logo goes, when you need them and the most you’d pay a piece.
2. Questions, answered in the open
Établi asks only what’s missing, like sizes and artwork. Decorators can ask too, and every answer is shared with all of them.
3. Decorators bid
Independent decorators bid a price a piece, with photos of similar work they’ve done.
4. Approve the proof
Nothing is made until you approve a mockup (for printing) or a sew-out photo (for embroidery).
5. Made and shipped
Your order is made and shipped to you with a tracking number.
Questions
Are these real prices?
These are guide prices: typical US prices, garment included, before shipping, compiled from public price lists in October 2026. Firm prices come from decorators’ bids. Your own price depends on the garment, the size of your logo and how many you order.
Is there a minimum order?
Most decorators start at 24 pieces, which is where this guide starts. Smaller runs are possible but cost more a piece; say how many you need, and decorators who take small runs will bid.
What artwork do I need?
A vector file of your design: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. The decorator sends you a mockup to approve before printing. If you only have an image, ask whether they can redraw it; some charge for that.
How many ink colors can I use?
As many as your design needs, but each color is printed with its own screen, so each one adds to the price. This guide assumes one color. Give Pantone (PMS) references for exact matches.
How do I give sizes?
List how many of each size, for example S 6, M 14, L 16, XL 8, XXL 4. Sizes 2XL and up usually cost a few dollars more a piece.
Can I get them faster?
The guide assumes 6–12 business days after you approve the proof, plus shipping. If you need them sooner, give your in-hands date in your request; decorators who can make it say so in their bid, sometimes with a rush fee.
Is it made in the US or overseas?
Say which you need in your request; it becomes part of the contract decorators bid on. Overseas production can cost less but takes longer and adds import duties. Most blank garments are made overseas either way, so if you need US-made garments, say so and expect prices above this guide.
