Établi

For workshops

Clear jobs.Your price.Paid every week.

Établi sends you work that’s already spelled out: what, where, when, and the most the client will pay. You bid what it’s worth to you, do the job, show the proof, and get paid.

Workshop is our word for whoever does the work: one person with an embroidery machine at home, or a print shop with a crew of forty.

Animation: a paper job ticket arrives. New job for you: 48 embroidered quarter-zips, shipping to Denver, in hands within 3 weeks, most you can bid $32.68 a piece. A bid tag is tied to it, $31.50, up to 200 a week, and a WON stamp presses down.

Who can join

Built for one person or a whole crew

  • A small car and a cleaning caddy.

    On your own

Home embroidery studios, makers with a heat press, independent cleaners.

Bid under your own name, take the jobs you can do yourself, and set the hours you’re free.

You need ID, a bank account and your tax details; we send your tax form at year end.

  • A shop with a van out front.

    As a business

Print and embroidery shops, cleaning companies, nurseries, kitchens.

List your crew’s weekly capacity, bid on bigger contracts and hand jobs to your team.

You need your business details, and insurance for work on clients’ premises.

Same jobs, same rules, same pay schedule. You’re ranked on price, reliability and quality, not size.

How it works for you

From invitation to payday

  1. Tell us what you do.

Pick your trades, where you work and how much you can take on each week.

  2. Get invited to jobs that fit.

Only jobs that match your trades and area. Every one is spelled out in the same eight fields: what’s provided, the work, the result, the most you can be paid, when, the proof, where, and the rules.

  3. Ask before you bid.

Questions go to the client through Établi. Every answer is shared with all bidders and becomes part of the contract, so nobody bids blind.

  4. Bid your price.

Name your price a piece (or a visit) and how many you can take a week, and add photos of similar work so the client can see its quality. You can see the most you can bid. Bidding is free and there are no leads to buy.

  5. Win, or be the backup.

The best mix of price, track record and capacity wins. The runner-up becomes the backup and gets a steady share of the work, so you don’t have to be the cheapest to earn.

  6. Do the job, show the proof.

Each job arrives with a prepaid label if it ships, or the address and time if it’s on site. Finish it, add photos (or the tracking number), and mark it done.

  7. Get paid every week.

Completed jobs are paid every Friday, or within two days for a small fee.

Question, from a bidder: Is thread color matched to Pantone 7462?

Answer: Yes, PMS 7462 C.

Your price, your pay

You keep every dollar you bid

Établi’s fee is added on top for the client, so the price you bid is the price you’re paid.

Standards

What we ask of you

  • Show up when you said.

Your on-time record shapes which jobs you win.

  • Prove every job.

A tracking number for anything that ships, photos for on-site work.

  • Bid what you can deliver.

List the capacity you really have; the backup covers surprises, not habits.

  • Look after clients’ things.

On-site work needs a background check and liability insurance.

When something goes wrong

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, Établi handles the claim. If a job needs redoing because of a mistake on your side, the fix comes out of that job’s pay, and we show you the evidence first.

Before you apply

Questions

Do I need to be a registered business?

No. Individuals can join with ID and a bank account. You’ll give us your tax details so we can pay you and send your tax form at year end.

Do I have to bid on everything?

No. Bid on what fits and ignore the rest. Not bidding never counts against you.

Who are the clients?

Businesses ordering team merch (startups, agencies, event organizers), and for cleaning in Austin, households, landlords and offices. Many order through an AI assistant. You don’t chase anyone: questions, scheduling and payment all go through Établi.

How do I bid?

From the job’s page, or by replying to the text we send you with your price.

What if I can’t make a job?

Tell us as early as you can and the backup takes it. Now and then is fine; repeated misses lower your ranking.

What does it cost?

Nothing to join and nothing to bid. Établi’s fee is added to the client’s price. Early payout costs 1–2%.

When do I get paid?

Every Friday for jobs completed the week before, once the client’s seven-day window to report a problem has passed. Or within two days for a small fee.

Where is Établi open?

Merch work ships, so print and embroidery shops can join from anywhere in the US. Cleaning is a small test in Austin for now.

How do proofs work on merch?

Before a run you send the client a mockup (for printing) or a sew-out photo (for embroidery) through Établi. You start once they approve it, so nobody is surprised by the finished pieces.

Do I supply the garments?

Usually, yes: merch jobs are priced with the garment included. When the client sends their own, the job says so in “Provided”.
